Submission of a contribution

• Registration for the "DissertantInnen-Seminar" per UGonline
  
  
• E-Mail to the organisation team with the following contents:
  (1) Name of doctoral student
  (2) Name of supervisor
  (3) Title of the talk or poster
  (4) Category of the contribution
  (5) Abstract as attachment: doc-file. Please adhere to the template format!

Participants will get the complete program and the abstracts of all presentations several days before the congress via e-mail. At the registration desk participants will get a name badge which permits access to the presentations and the refreshment stations. Participants are requested to visibly wear their name badge during the whole congress.

 

Tips for your presentation

• If you have a talk, please think of speaking LOUDLY. For most of you that means: as loud as you can! Speak at least as loudly as you would speak if you would directly address the people sitting in the LAST ROW of the lecture room!
   
• HANDOUTS of congress posters are supplied in order to provide some take-home information for interested colleagues. Handouts can contain the information presented on the poster, or additional results etc. that are not included in the poster for lack of space or optical reasons. Do not forget to include your contact information (e-mail address).
